Meet Kiersten
Beautiful photos are important.
Feeling comfortable enough to actually enjoy being photographed?
That matters too.
I’m Kiersten — a Panama City born and raised photographer with a smart mouth, a soft heart, and a very deep belief that photos should feel just as good as they look.
The Backstory
Florida girl.
Philly blood.
Self Taught + Homemade.
I was born and raised right here in Panama City, Florida — the first Southern-born kid of two 80's rockers from Philadelphia. I grew up poor, learned early how to work hard, and refused to let stereotypes decide what my life was going to become.
I dropped out at 14, became a mom at 15, and had plenty of reasons to believe the world had already made up its mind about me.
Thankfully, I’ve always been just stubborn enough to prove people wrong.
The Wild Ride
A birthday gift
that changed everything.
My dad gave me my first camera for my 21st birthday in 2012, and six months later I won Best of Bay and my business exploded, I wasn't ready, but I was determined.
Now, over 14 years later, I’m photographing weddings for people I once photographed as high school seniors. What a beautiful wild ride this has been.
I still can’t believe this is my life sometimes, but I worked really fucking hard to get here — and because of that, none of this is ever no big deal to me.

Why I Care So Much
Death is real.
Photos are forever.
I lost my brother when I was 14. Seventeen years later, I lost my mom.
So when I say photos matter, I mean it in the deepest, most personal way. I know what it feels like to cling to a picture because it’s one of the only things you have left. I know how much a photo can mean after the person, the voice, the hug, and the moment are gone.
That’s why I put so much heart into this work. These aren’t just pretty pictures to me. They’re proof that people were here, that they were loved, that the moment happened, and that it mattered.
How I Show Up
Experienced.
Invested.
Very much in it.
I’m not there to stand in the corner and quietly push buttons. I am a professional chameleon, I have never met a stranger and have an increidble abilty to read the room, keep things moving, help people feel comfortable, and make sure the day doesn’t feel stiff, awkward, or overly posed.
I know when to guide, when to disappear, when to make someone laugh, when to fix something before anyone notices, and when to shut up and let the moment happen.
My version of luxury isn’t about pretending to be fancy. It’s experience. It’s intuition. It’s knowing how to make people feel taken care of while giving them photos that feel timeless, emotional, and real.
The Human Part
Florida girl through and through.
Salt water keeps me alive.
Palm trees make me smile.
And the sun is my very best friend
A few very real things about me
- I love a good drink — tequila, dirty martinis, whatever we’re celebrating with.
- I was born and raised in Panama City, but I am the first southern born in my entire family.
- I’ve raised children, goats, chickens, pigs, ducks, Frenchies, and now somehow… a kitten.
- I have a slight case of road rage and a deep personal issue with slow drivers in the left lane.
- I’m sentimental as hell, sarcastic by nature, and probably more emotionally invested than I should be.
What that means for you
- I’m easy to talk to and hard to embarrass.
- I care deeply, but I’m not going to make things weird and serious all day.
- I’ll make you feel comfortable without forcing a fake personality onto you.
- I notice the little things, the funny things, and the emotional things.
- I’m fully in it with you — because that’s just how I am.
Let’s Make Some Magic
