I don’t know if I have mastered the art, or if it’s just my natural born super power, but I walk in, and within five minutes—we’re laughing. I’ve learned your kid’s name, hugged your mom, made your grandma feel special, cracked some jokes with your dad, and probably even convinced your husband (or partner) to smile for a photo.
