Taylor and Carson’s wedding day in Mexico Beach, Florida was the perfect mix of southern charm, coastal elegance, and sweet, emotional moments. From the soft blue tones in the details to the heartfelt nods to family, every piece of their day was so beautifully them — and I’m so excited to share this little sneak peek.

Taylor looked absolutely stunning in her classic, full-skirted gown — the kind of dress every southern beach bride dreams of. Carson kept things cool and coastal in a soft blue linen suit that perfectly fit the beachside vibe. They got ready in a close friend’s beautiful beach house, which had the dreamiest natural light and subtle coastal vibes woven throughout.

One of my favorite parts of the day was their “first touch” — not a first look, but a quiet moment where they stood back to back, held hands, and took in the moment together before walking down the aisle. It was emotional, sweet, and so full of love.

But what made this wedding really hit home for me was something much deeper.

Taylor lost her mama a few years ago — around the same time I lost mine. And knowing that, you could feel the love and intention behind every detail. She found beautiful ways to honor her mom throughout the day, including a special piece of her mama’s shirt sewn into the underside of her wedding dress. I don’t think there was a dry eye when we captured that. It was such a powerful reminder of how our people stay with us, even on the biggest days of our lives.

Their ceremony on the beach was stunning — salty breeze, blue skies, and all the emotion. Afterwards, the celebration continued with a cozy, coastal backyard reception, all absolute perfection.
